September arrived and with it brought my return to Canterbury for the dreaded 3rd year of University. Since coming back I haven’t actually done too much except catch up with friends and party with them a lot, which isn’t entirely bad. Michael and I tried to do the radio show on Wednesday after a few drinks with people on campus but someone hadn’t returned the key to reception so we were locked out of the studio which was a real shame as we had a prime slot considering people were just piling out of the colleges after the parties.
We’re also hoping to get an earlier slot as midnight isn’t exactly prime time. I’m thinking 9 o’clock would be perfect as it would be right about the time when there are no restrictions on the music and it’s early enough to get even more listeners. Even though I have it on good authority that our show recieves more listeners than most daytime slots because of the hype we’ve given it.
Stockholm is in a month’s time and everything is all booked. We still need to work on getting tickets although the venue’s changed recently to a larger size so it should be really good. Can’t wait for that!
