Wahey, I installed a new plugin for the blog which posts whatever I put on here on LiveJournal as well so people there can check out what I blog about here. So from the realms of faux professionalism I now extend an olive branch to my overly emotional friends on LJ.
So the end of term has arrived and I’ve been enjoying this new found freedom. Nothing in terms of what I’ve been doing has changed in the slightest, it’s more about how I no longer feel incredibly guilty about it. On Friday I went to Asda with the gang, did the weekly shop, handed in my essay and module change form and then retreated home where I had a well earned sleep which was the best thing I could have done at the time. While I sit here writing this entry it still remains that I have two essays due in for tomorrow that I’ve still not even planned. Lord knows how I’m going to complete this year.
Update: I recieved an email from my lecturer saying that one of the essay’s deadline was extended to the 18th January 2008. I completed the other one and handed it in this afternoon. I’m free from uni!

Last night we celebrated my 21st birthday by having some friends over to our house and having a party of sorts, however the celebrations were cut short. While sitting around in the living room playing some games we got a knock on our window. Some boys, barely 18, were drunk and asking us for some beer. Given that they were young and that we didn’t have that much left we said no. Eventually we had to draw the blinds and close the window since they were hanging around and annoying us. […]
